Job Description

As a Content Manager (SEO), you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing content strategies across digital channels to drive organic traffic, engagement, and conversions.

  1. Develop and manage multi-channel content strategies for brands across Website, Blog, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  2. Plan and execute integrated content strategies combining SEO, Social, and Branding objectives.
  3. Lead and manage the Content team, including task allocation, content review, and quality control.
  4. Build and implement SEO content plans, including keyword research, content structure, on-page optimization, and organic traffic growth.
  5. Collaborate closely with the SEO team to optimize website performance, URL structure, internal linking, and overall SEO health.
  6. Review, edit, and optimize content assets such as blog posts, landing pages, PR articles, and long-form content.
  7. Analyze content performance using data metrics such as reach, engagement, retention, traffic, and conversion rates.
  8. Stay up to date with SEO trends, social media trends, Google algorithm updates, and AI-driven content tools.
  9. Develop monthly and quarterly content plans for both social media and website platforms.
  10. Prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports for management.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Content Manager, SEO Content Lead, or equivalent role.
  • Prior experience working in a marketing agency or digital environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, including keyword research, heading structure, meta titles/descriptions, internal linking, and entity-based SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Google Keyword Planner.
  • Ability to plan and execute long-term content strategies aligned with SEO and brand objectives.
  • Strong writing skills with a creative mindset and deep understanding of digital user behavior.
  • Ability to balance SEO performance and content quality/brand voice.
  • Experience managing content tone, style consistency, and editorial standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a content team.
  • Strong planning, organization, and workload management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with SEO, Design, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Other: Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary: VND 20,000,000 – 30,000,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and capability).
