Job Description
As an Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to achieve marketing and conversion goals.
- Plan, execute, optimize, and measure advertising campaigns across digital platforms including Meta (Facebook) Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other channels.
- Develop paid media plans aligned with marketing objectives such as reach, leads, conversions, and sales.
- Set up campaign structures, targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, and creatives according to each campaign’s goals.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and continuously optimize based on KPIs
- Track, analyze, and evaluate campaign results using reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and platform reports.
- Prepare regular performance reports (weekly/monthly) and provide insights and optimization recommendations.
- Stay updated on advertising trends, platform algorithm changes, and new ad formats to improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with Content and Design teams to develop effective ad creatives and messages.
- Support testing initiatives (A/B testing creatives, audiences, placements) to improve campaign efficiency.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.
Job Requirements
- At least 02 year of experience in a similar Ads Specialist / Paid Media role.
- Prior experience working in a marketing or digital agency is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of target audience segmentation, conversion funnels, and tracking systems.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok Ads.
- Ability to analyze data, read reports, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of tracking tools such as Google Analytics and conversion tracking pixels is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
- Problem-solving skills and performance-driven thinking.
- Good time management and task prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic English communication skills
- Other: Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced agency setting.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: VND 12,000,000 – 25,000,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and performance).
