Job Description

As an Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to achieve marketing and conversion goals.

  1. Plan, execute, optimize, and measure advertising campaigns across digital platforms including Meta (Facebook) Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other channels.
  2. Develop paid media plans aligned with marketing objectives such as reach, leads, conversions, and sales.
  3. Set up campaign structures, targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, and creatives according to each campaign’s goals.
  4. Monitor campaign performance daily and continuously optimize based on KPIs
  5. Track, analyze, and evaluate campaign results using reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and platform reports.
  6. Prepare regular performance reports (weekly/monthly) and provide insights and optimization recommendations.
  7. Stay updated on advertising trends, platform algorithm changes, and new ad formats to improve performance.
  8. Collaborate closely with Content and Design teams to develop effective ad creatives and messages.
  9. Support testing initiatives (A/B testing creatives, audiences, placements) to improve campaign efficiency.
  10. Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.

Job Requirements

  1. At least 02 year of experience in a similar Ads Specialist / Paid Media role.
  2. Prior experience working in a marketing or digital agency is a strong advantage
  3. Solid understanding of target audience segmentation, conversion funnels, and tracking systems.
  4. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok Ads.
  5. Ability to analyze data, read reports, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  6. Basic knowledge of tracking tools such as Google Analytics and conversion tracking pixels is preferred.
  7. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
  8. Problem-solving skills and performance-driven thinking.
  9. Good time management and task prioritization skills.
  10. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  11. Basic English communication skills
  12. Other: Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced agency setting.

  • Salary: VND 12,000,000 – 25,000,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and performance).
