Job Description
As a Creative Manager, you will lead the creative team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, effective, and on-brand creative solutions for clients’ marketing and branding campaigns.
- Lead, manage, and inspire the Creative team (Designers, Copywriters, Video Editors, etc.) in developing ideas and producing creative assets for marketing and branding campaigns.
- Proactively propose creative concepts, key messages, key visuals, insights, and creative directions aligned with campaign objectives.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and brand alignment of all creative outputs including visuals, content, videos, and other digital assets.
- Analyze client briefs and business objectives, translating them into clear and actionable creative directions.
- Present and defend creative ideas confidently to clients during pitching sessions, presentations, and meetings.
- Plan and manage creative resources, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Media, and Production teams to execute projects from ideation to final delivery.
- Stay up to date with creative, digital, social media, and content trends, applying relevant trends to client projects.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on creative performance, project progress, and team productivity to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 03-05 years of experience in a Creative Manager, Senior Creative, or equivalent role.
- Prior experience working in a creative agency, digital agency, or marketing environment is required.
- Proven experience in executing digital campaigns, branding, and social media projects.
- Strong creative thinking with excellent visual and content sensibility.
- Solid understanding of the creative production process (design, photography, video, animation, etc.).
- Good knowledge of digital platforms and user behavior on social media.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, and digital advertising formats is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a creative team.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and idea-selling skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Capable of handling feedback, revisions, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Other: Strong organizational and workload management skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively under pressure.
Compensate and Benefit
- Salary: VND 18,000,000 – 30,000,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and capability).
- Full Social Insurance (BHXH) in accordance with Vietnamese Labor Law upon signing the labor contract.
