Job Description

  1. Collect, consolidate, and clean data from multiple sources such as advertising platforms, CRM systems, social media, and websites.
  2. Analyze the performance of marketing and advertising campaigns across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
  3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively detect abnormalities or performance issues.
  4. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Power BI, or Excel.
  5. Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as well as ad-hoc reports based on project or management requests.
  6. Translate data findings into clear insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  7. Support account, media, and planning teams with data analysis and performance tracking.
  8. Perform other tasks assigned by direct managers when required.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 03 years of experience in a Data Analyst role, preferably in an agency, marketing, or digital environment.
  2. Experience working with performance marketing data is a strong advantage.
  3. Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).
  4. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) and/or Power BI.
  5. Good understanding of digital advertising platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
  6. Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  7. Strong analytical thinking and logical problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under high pressure.
  9. Basic communication skills in English (reading reports, basic discussion).
  10. Others: Teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Compensate and Benefit

  • Salary: VND 15,000,000 – 26,000,000/month (or negotiable based on experience and capability).
